Got back home yesterday and I felt the need to share some stuff with you.
We were extremely lucky to get to the front (getting at the 2nd row, almost in front of John was beyond my expectations) especially after we arrived a bit late and there were already about 500 hundred people in line. We were lucky because the first entrance that opened for the line was almost in front of us. Also, running as fast as you can when doors open pays off! Nadja (I recognized you from the picture) can verify how happy I was, after our sprint when we got behind her, and I started shouting to my friends in Greek, and she recognized our language! I have a few things to say about the concert. Crowd was huge (the parc des princes was full) and the weather was perfect. As far as the performance goes I was VERY happy with it. Nothing to complain about, only for no jam at the end. Also, Jet and DPT were ok.
However, there were two things that really pissed me off. First, it was the ‘fans’ behavior. This was the rudest audience I’ve ever witnessed being in the front at a concert. I mean from the first minute we got in there, everybody (with a few exceptions) was trying to get to the front. Gong Li mentioned 2 guys who were trying to do that “in a very rude and sneaky way”. I could mention at least 20 who did exactly the same. I can understand why, but it still is inexcusable.
The other thing that pissed me off was the fun club promise of the early entry wristbands. It was bullshit! This is why we chose to get ‘late’ at the venue, but thank god we were lucky to get to the front otherwise, I’d be furious. Everybody who got early at the venue (fun club member or not) got a wristband. At some point around 2 p.m. we saw a security guy with a bag full of wristbands, circling the people in line in search for those who didn’t get one, just to make sure everybody had wristbands!!! I m not kidding! It was so bad. End of rant!
Bottom line is we had a great time! Funny detail: Right before John decided to do “SOS” instead of the Morrison song he couldn’t remember the chorus, I shouted as hard as I could SOS. I’m definitely sure he already had decided to do that and there’s no way he could have heard me, but it gave me a good feeling! Cheers!
Hey! I think I saw you somewhere. Anyway I totally understand you about "rude" french people, I was totally pissed off after I couldn't get my wristbands and get into a fan pit. But however it was awesome concert. You have really great pics, well done!

Hi! what a coincidence! I'm the dark hair girl next to Nadja! It was so funny what you said that you recognise the greek on the package of cigarretes!
It was awesome, right??! we definitely had a nice place in the house. I was glad I had the row to lay on, was kinda feeling bad for the rest cos definitely WE had those french guys, those 2, I'm sure you must know who, who were unbelievable rude. I keep saying to one that I know we're gonna get squezed, but one thing is getting squezed and the other one is having someone trying to steal your spot! When I told him: Look dude, this is not my first gig, and I'm a toughie, so don't even dream about kicking me outta here.. he said: ah, this is a game! when he hurt me I place my elbow on his stomach and he was like mad... I should have said: oops, sorry, THIS IS A GAME. The hardest thing ever to me is getting through a NIN show without getting damaged (well, actually in the last one the bruises were deep purple)...but in a Red hot chili peppers...! They don't have that kinda of agressive music, y'know?!
Anyway, I guess they all got tired during Jet.. cos when chili's came out they were more relaxed than before.....
That Paris gig was good fun, I bet you had to do a huge effort to be there. Nadja told me what a nightmare it was to find good flights.. Glad you enjoy it! I loved the songs they played. Here are my pics:

now i've seen your pics... in the one with you and your lady friend .. haha... that's my belt right there!
And yes, you were totally right about the fucking wristband thingie. We were blessed by Harri Lewinski light, and we fought for our right. They promised early access, and hell yeah we got it. Too bad we didn't run into each other outside. But let me say I think you still got a cool spot! ;D
(did you manage to stay around us the whole gig or the mass sent you away??!)

I know youuu
You look like a beautiful model and will be working for an big festival ;D
we can dance like Iggy Pop
Enrique! If I looked like a beautiful model I'd be working backstage or in the press area and not in the stages! Basic festival rule! For next year I'd look like a coke-anorexic model and you'll see! ;D
Anyway I'm happy with my stage job. I swear if I'm ON the stage when THE man goes out there...
Hi! You lucky guys! While we were standing in line and I saw you pass through the gates I was SO jealous of you! You people in front of us were the only polite people I saw there. Sure, there were thousands that were ok, but WE were surrounded by a**holes! You know, concerts in Greece are a nightmare. Far worse than Paris, but at least you know it's coming! Also, I m a big guy and I can really absorb any kind of pushing and beating at a concert, but I was worried for my little sister and my friends there. At some point I got to the 3rd and 4th row, but I managed to come back. I really didn't worry for myself as long as my view was ok, but I had to be there for my sister. Props to her for the pics! She took hundreds, while I was enjoying the show!
