i love it just because i disagree with the way it is used to pass on a different message. when i read something and it forces my brain to work i am grateful. thanks.

i know. i disagree with the way you see capitalism (not with you of course cause most people see it that way). i dont support capitalism either. i'm not to analyze my beliefs here though. i apologize, if i sounded weird. ignore me.
(i'm still glad i read it though and that you wrote it of course)

i think it's greatly written. could never write anything like that. it'll be hard for me to put into words like you do...too many ideas...but difficult to articulate it on a piece of paper. i love your cynicism. capitalism, materialism too, vying for status, trying to fit in into somewhere, the value of time etc... is the kind of message i get while reading.

I really like it. Maybe it's cynical but there's a lot of truth in it (maybe because the materialism is cynical).

I like it. It shows its truthful side to human existance, and at the same time, as you turn the corner in the store shopping for the material things, you see a young child show the look of enthusiasm at the thought of Christmas. The love a child extends can surpase the thought of materialism without their ever knowing it. I probably would never have smiled at his father with the same light of love if his child hadn't extended it first. It was a beautiful experience over a material item.

Little kids are happy for a cardboard box. My sister's 4, she turns them into a house/car/spaceship. Yeah last year at Christmas my nephew got tons of toys and ended up playing with the wrapping paper!

Yeah last year at Christmas my nephew got tons of toys and ended up playing with the wrapping paper! Yeah, it's always like that lol. You buy them tons of expensive presents and they play with the junks.
