Right folks sorry but I had a normal camera, not what the professionals use, my dad sold his professional photography camera years ago. Right here's my attempt. I shot these when I was in Edinbourgh back on the 5th of April. What do you think? Outside Edinbourgh Castle. It was a steep walk to get there I'm telling ya. Well it is built on top of an extinct volcano. Looking over the city as I head to the entrance of the Castle grounds from the car park. In this park on Prince Street looking at Edinbourgh Castle. Again... In the Castle grounds now. The gun that's fired everyday at 1pm. I like this one because when I was there it looked like a model of what it looks like. It felt like that because it was small, how it was built and how it was lightened up. Looking through a hole in the wall they used to fire and hide their cannons years and years ago. Just below the Castle on another street. Castle again... Center of the Castle grounds. Murrayfield Stadium where the Chili Peppers played. That was also taken on the 5th of April. This is my favourite because of the lighting, the calmness of it, how the trees close in on it making it the focal point and the golden evening is just spilled on the Castle giving it a relaxed glow. It was the evening and I was heading back to the railway station for home. I'll do some in black and white later, What do you think? Got any tips I may need? Post your pictures please?

Sorry, no camera either but looking at those photos!!!! Wow! You guys are really good! Every picture I take is blurry or lopsided. The pics of Edinbourgh are amazing. They could be in a travel brochure or on postcards. Very well done. Kerryxcore, I also love the pic of your sister through the bottle. Unique and artistic(not to mention pretty). I am drawn in by the clock face too. Sandinista, the puppy is too cute. Hope to contribute some soon. Lynn

They are really good pics Silveretta! Do you have any qualifications? I studied photography for 3 years at college - but only do the occasional thing these days. I think that sunsets/skies are one of the hardest things to photograph, but you have managed it well!
