Well, they are probably just 'non-fans' slating them, since it was a festival. They are obviously not experienced fans who know what the score is with jams, setlists etc. I wouldn't take any of it too seriously.

Too true mrskeidis and keidislady-I dont take it to heart but to hear people shout out 'boring' and 'under the bridge' a million times gets on my nerves after a while. These are the same people who were rocking out to Panic at the disco - says a lot doesnt it !!!!

Funny you should mention Panic! At The Disco - remember that commercial on the video screens before PATD came on, "by the time they come on, you're gonna be SO drunk that you're actually gonna believe Panic At The Disco are a GOOD band!" ;D

haven't taken the time to read through all this thread so if someone else has said this then sorry. But did anyone else think they just seemed knackered? Especially anthony his voice was cracking every now and then and he had trouble reaching some of the notes. Even johns lil eyes looked dreery and tired. They were still good but i just thought compared to some of the other bands they didn't seem so entertaining probably due to their need for some I had a few mates who were at the glasgow gig aswell and although they said it was good they thought they seemed a bit jaded and like they needed a big rest. Obviously this would be the case coming off of a huge tour but wouldn't it be better to do shorter runs of tours and keep their energy up than do these massive long things that go on for months on end. With the amount of money you have to pay nowadays and the size's of the venues their playing, in my mind they shouldnt be performing if they arent 90-100% awake lol! and healthy.

i still dont understand this whole fatigue thing.....they have been going home every two weeks during this tour and before these three shows they had about 6 weeks off (since roskilde) something tells me that john is hard at work on some solo work and the same for others (there own little things i guess) so i hope the next album comes sooner rather than later
any bootleg??

i still dont understand this whole fatigue thing.....they have been going home every two weeks during this tour and before these three shows they had about 6 weeks off (since roskilde) Being on tour means that they spend most of the nights in hotels, so they don't sleep very well 'cause they are not in their own beds and change of beds almost everynight; and also, they don't eat like they do as usual. Sleeping+eating is one of the most importants things if you wanna be in good health. And also, it means that they spend most of the time on the road (in bus... so worst than in hotels) or in airports. so boring and unconfortable... Moreover, they have to put on and off their stuff (clothes, laptop, etc...) in their luggage, also musn't have 10 luggages per personn, etc etc... it's worth if they have a baby or young children, 'cause they can't have all their toys and stuff on tour. and as said AK in an interview in 2006 or 2007: he miss his dogs. and also, they're getting old ;o) So, I understand why they are tired.

It will all be psychological tiredness and not just physical. I went to Glasgow, watched them for 8 hours, got back at 3am then went to work for 8am and now I'm in bed with flu coz I was that knackered plus jet lag is a horrible thing to get over. Just to think they've done more travelling over the past 2 years touring than anyone else I can think of. They need a year off minimum!!

Yeah, but then, I can't help but comment that I have been living in motels for the most part of 2 years, living out of my suitcases and traveling around. Except that I stay in cheap motels with paper thin walls and the occasionally loud and crazy person next door; presently one near the railroad tracks with train whistles waking me up several times late at night; eat whatever I can find since I can't afford to eat out all the time or cook or have a chef to cook for me; drive myself or take the bus everywhere; and I have limited amounts of money which causes a certain amount of stress to keep track of and deal with everything. Plus, I don't have a nice home to go back to whenever I feel like it. And I'm older than the Chilis. So....I'm kinda on the wall whether I think tiredness is enough of an explantion. I dunno. I think it has affected my concentration, but then, I am not charging tickets for a performance so nobody else has had to "suffer" a consequence (i.e.,pay money for less than they expected) or given anybody a reason to comment on what I do. So, I dunno.

i was only joking but i guess the crowd thought that since his been shot nine times and survived a few bottles of urine and some furniture wouldn't hurt him but yes you are right people in the past have been hurt....my chemical romances guitarist was cut up badly when they got bottled
people like him should really stay away from the main stage of major music festivals.....kanye west is one of the few hip hop stars who are respected by lovers of other genres of music
