Two words: SO. AMAZING. Last night was my first time seeing the Peppers. I waited six years and it was so worth it. Here's the setlist: 1. Intro Jam 2. Can't Stop 3. Dani California 4. Scar Tissue 5. Charlie 6. Fortune Faded 7. Jam/21st Century 8. Parallel Universe (w/out intro) 9. Hump de Bump (w/ Marcel Rodriguez-Lopez bongo solo) 10. John solo (not sure which song) 12. Right on Time (w/ London Calling intro) 13. Don't Forget Me 14. Tell Me Baby 15. Blood Sugar Sex Magik 16. Readymade 17. Flea and John Jam 18. By the Way ENCORE 19. Under the Bridge 20. You're Gonna Get Yours/Give it Away As I said above, amazing show. I didn't bring a camera, so I have no pictures to show. I could have easily gotten a camera into the venue, though, because security didn't seem to care one ounce that people were taking pictures. I saw quite a few people who had floor seats getting thrown out of the concert. A fight even broke out at one point. The funniest thing that I saw all night (besides John, Flea, and Anthony's awesome dance moves) was a fan jump on stage, stage dive, and land on his face. Everyone in the crowd cleared away and no one caught him. P.S. If anyone knows what song John sang last night, I'd really appreciate it if you could post what it was. It wasn't "For Emily, Wherever I May Find Her." I'm thinking it was "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?" but I'm not sure.

oh fuck they didnt play me and my friends or nobody werid like me Naw. I was really hoping they would play Nobody Weird Like Me. There was one point in the show where Flea took off on this insane bass solo, and I thought he was going to go into "Nobody.." but alas, he didn't. It was just leading into Don't Forget Me. I also just realized that I got the arena wrong in the thread title. It's actually the Wachovia CENTER. There is a Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA, so I got the two confused. ;D

They did. I copied the setlist from the RHCP boards, because I can never remember a whole setlist. Wow. I feel stupid. How could I have forgotten those songs?

I went to this concert and it was awesome! ;D What was your favorite part of the show sillyputty?? I thought when they did Under the Bridge and Blood Sugar Sex Magik was so great. That was my favorite part. Now, im trying to save up for the 2008 jan-march show. anyway, the concert was amazingly awesome.

I thought they weren't coming around again, until a new cd comes out. Huh?

I think it's neat to hear people saying they've waited six years to see someone they absolutely love hearing. Seeing the guys in person is such an amazing feeling. It adds to and deepens the love you already have for their music. Nice.
