Hi i'm Aldo Vaccaro from Toronto Canada , have a Listen to some of my guitar work /song Writing and tell me what you think. I've Finally finished my CD/DVD and would like some Constructive energy behind it.(no Attitudes please , everyone's good at different things)I certainly have been influenced by the bass in peppers. You can download Mp3 & Video Samples at my website: www.vaccaro.ca My favorite vocal tunes are: All Eyes (melodic bass/broken chords) All The Rage (Brit bass stye) Two Minutes (ride bass) & Parachute (Slap bass with heavy distorted gtr riff) My suggestions for videos are: Light Years - Complex independent harmonies played at same time. Violins - solo ballad Caffeine - snippet if you like super fast guitar playing. Ventura's cover - Multi notes & harmonics played with distortion at same time. Performances of chopin Op66 & bach invention 13 done on a regular 6 string Electric guitar will also be posted in the new year. thank you

dude, why are you pretending to be the guy who invented fingertapping?? i cant do it well, but its common sense that tapping is just some lost art from 1980's "metal" players.. and its easier than it looks.. and its a cheesy way to show off. good for you.

hi Sesma I know Finger tapping isn't for everyone, but for the record i just wanted to say that's not all that i can do.I Play piano very well and write songs please listen to some of them ,my favorites our All Eye's & All the rage which by the way have very little finger tapping. Also if you listen to violins my classical tapping piece you would understand that it isn't your standered finger tapping at all, i use all my fingers just like a piano very different then your show boating guitar players of the 80's like steve vai or satch.all that stuff is just super fast playing it's usually not very musical. For the record i did not invent tapping at all !!it's Where i'm taking it that the international community of music is starting to appreciate. So i say take the time and have a second listen before you call what i'm doing a gimmick!
thanks Aldo Vaccaro

hi sesma aldo here , you sound like an artist who is very serious about your music . I think that's good and it's inportant to be passionate about the stuff you create , but it's also inportant to remember that creating is about having fun too. I've been playing music most of my life and for little or no money I play because i love it and will continue for as long as i can .I have no record deal and if you listen to all the song samples, there is a story there.Yeah i may look a bit like satriani ,what can i say were both italian. Anyhow making a comp between me and him is cool because I've been influenced by those guy's and now i'm having fun taking it to the next level.I don't remember satch ever having alot of vocal songs like what i'm doing , and if i remember correctely he sang i have a singer just to note a few differences . I think if i could ever make a million dollars it's because I'm more like jimmy page/eddie van halen a combination of inventive guitar idea's/good songwriting and a bit of fun and showmanship.well that being said good luck to you if your a fellow musician as well.
peace

It's not like adding vocals to a Satriani-esque song makes it a revolutionary thing. I think it's pretty unoriginal. Sorry.

Hi Aldo. Your songs are pretty good and i like them (even though its not the type of music i listen to usually). Having said that id have to say that the vocals are kind similar in all the songs with not much variety or range. I think if i could ever make a million dollars it's because I'm more like jimmy page/eddie van halen a combination of inventive guitar idea's/good songwriting and a bit of fun and showmanship Oh yeah, no offence but with comments like that you sort of come off as a bit of a pretentious dick.

thanks Andy ,I think your right If Your happy doing what it is your doing you shouldn't need a big ego.I Guess i'm just trying to learn how to deal with all this internet feedback. What can i say i read buddy's reply i couidn't think of anything Smart to Say.As far as the vocal comment that's the kind of stuff i wanted to here .it's Constructive to listen to other peoples idea's and were always trying to inprove our vocal performances ,so thanks for the comment .

Well, I don't think you're that bad. Your vocals sound like there isn't a lot of range. I like your guitar playing though.
