Yeh awesome show, 2nd time seeing them (first was at aerodrome).
The mosh was pretty good...lots of girls left real quick.. due to the crow surges and few lads on 'e' but overall great gig.
ak kept drinking tea throughout so possibly could still be recovering.

I think this is the first show I've ever lost my voice to. It was so amazing, I lost it when they started playing This velvet glove, AK introduced it "this is for the romantics and the punk rockers" and then the riffs started and I just jumped and screamed and the whole song I had goose bumps all over my neck and arms. Nobody around me in the front row knew the lyrics. It was so incredible, I think AK said they hadn't played that in a long time and I think Flea said they had never played it before but then Ken said he understood something different. Whatever. AK said they played in 2000.
Anthony is sporting the moustache from the Cali era which some people used to call "the paedo moustache". He looks really funy combined with the haircut. I left my camera in the car, so I didn't take any pictures of the tasche, or more importantly the Superstar dude. I have never seen an opening act like this one, it was a combination of gross fun. The guy, a really bald and fat dude stripped down to his underwear, and it was disgusting, he had a huge belly and he just felt like he was the sexiest guy walking this earth. People starte throwing things at him and just when he was leaving somebody hit his nut with a 50 cent coin, it was hilarious!! he said "that was a good one, right in the nut". Impressive. ;D
I loved this show, it was really amazing.

Ricky, have you got a copy of the setlist? I saw Anthony with a black marker going to everyone's set lists, scratching something and writing something else intead, so I'm guessing it was the change of get on top fot right on time , that's annoying, they play right on time every single show. Anthony fucked up SO MANY times the lyrics and the queues. Chris Warren was laughing about it. He always forgets the lyrics but last night was a bit over the top. Bless his heart.

Oh my gosh!! Can't believe that one show is down... two more to go! I am soooo tired!! LOL Awesomeeeeeee!! I will post some pics on my flickr tomorrow sometime - I wasn't close or anything tho. Ok I decided to skip Har Mar and was sooo pleased with that decision. When I got to our seats I asked the girl beside me about them and they said how ridiculous the whole thing was as well. No viewing at the airport or anything either! *sobs* LOL Anyway may tonight ROCK ON BIG TIME!!!! Wohoooooo!! Thanks so much for posting the set list

yeah it was the change from get on top to right on time that anthony scribbled on the setlists. once i upload photos and stuff to the internet ill post the photo of the setlist here woohoo. i did think anthony sounded better than he has though, even though he may be a bit rusty..

This Velvet Glove?! Gosh, I'm dying.. I'd never even dream of hearing that live! The most beautiful lyrics ever. Oh My God. They have played this one live before.

But that was quite a while ago, and only a few times. However, now they played it again, and I've got tickets for 28th June.. you see? *starts dreaming*
