I Could Have Lied in stead of Under the Bridge, that must have been a refreshing change
It is interesting that they haven't played Under The Bridge at every show this year. Really odd considering this is a band that has started to get repetitive with their setlists and cater more to the mainstream crowd so not playing their biggest hit single is a shocker but like you said, gives it a refreshing change, one that I would love to see more often.
Life’s about your friendships, the way you love your partner, the way you care for your children. That is what life is about. Not anything about earning a hundred zillion dollars because you toured America more than anyone else. I want life to be about creativity.- Joe Strummer: 1952-2002
Absolutely amazing shows. Personally, i preferred the second show than the first in Dortmund. It´s because I was feeling not well at the first night tho. John has the abililty to surprise me once again. He´s just soooooooooooooooooooooo soooooooooooooooooo sooooooooooooooooo great. Dirk stood basically in front of me, so I saw him take off the shirts and all. hahahhahha sexy man! The photos you took with my camera turned out to be quite crappy.. nevermind. It´s really great to meet you. Henrik and other fans My legs and throat are in pain from too much jumping and shouting. Btw, Henrik, did you see the whole Michael Rother performance? The air was too bad in the club that I left after a while.
Does anybody have some pictures of the show? I was there and I would like to have some pics as a memory. Thank you.
"Normal is bad, balance is shit, I want to be angry and fierce and shirtless and sweating, screaming at the top of my lungs and clawing on my own skin for the rest of my life. I want to roll on the dirty carpet, the air raid sirens exploding above me, ripping the air to shreds, I want to be hungry and alone, hating the world, hating my parents, hating myself."
That really sucked... I was so sure they´d play soul to squeeze
blame me! ;D I asked for I Could Have Lied and i got it
Us freaky, us Mmmm okay that's not true, it was still yours, in Berlin it became ours
This was my second show after Pinkpop, the most amazing experience in my life! When John came up he started smiling spontaneously when he saw our banner (asking i could have lied), the crowd was wild, the security was awesome, and when they finally played it, waw! And at the end of the song, Anthony held his thumb to us!
