With javascript... its work with IE and Firefox... I didnt tested on Mac or Linux!
This effects is simple to put on website... just upload 2 folders:
/images (with 7 gif files) /script (with 1 js file)
and put a javascript TAG on header... I can explain all!
But on Forums like this that is hosted on proboard I think it isnt possible upload files... but we can try do some tricks
I will upload an example for all you check

I have a plugin to do that on my site, but wouldn't it be a bit annoying if it cannot be stopped? From what I know, there's no way to stop that javascript from running.
Also, our "local" site isn't ready yet, otherwise we'd join in too.

But in my opinion... I wont put this function at my page Because the first idea is publish this script on main page of website... the index only... I wont planning put it on all my pages! But its free for anyone do this And another point: how many minutes a user will stay on my main page?? hehehehe I dont think he will stay hours on index to see the snow effect eheheheh But the function to STOP the snow is easy... you can resume it too after stoped but there is a bug that let the effect slowly every time you re-resume See this example I upload for you www.redhotchilipeppers.com.br/snow/example01.htmlAlso, our "local" site isn't ready yet, otherwise we'd join in too. Mine too hehehe I am running with

Its funny you are planning to do this because I was going to do the same thing. I was using big cheesey snowflakes similar to the chunky snowflake drawn on the promo cover. So far I havent bothered using it though... www.stadium-arcadium.com/091091911143654.htm

OHG has been down since early September. Ken was planning on launching a new site before it went down but he's a busy guy working a bunch of different jobs. Be patient. I know he is/was expecting to launch a bigger/better OHG site. Hummm ok!... i will launch my website soon too! Any help needed can send a msg

Sorry I'm late, but this is our Dutch fansite with forum (Belgium, Netherlands): www.pepperfans.nl I had no idea that OHG was back.. Last thing I heard was you guys looking for a new layout.. So the forum is back, but what happened to the actual website? Sorry if this is an obvious question, I'm just completely out of touch (can't believe I actually remembered my pasword)
