it is very nice that you all have such passion for sarah, she is a lovely chick. but this isnt the way it works otherwise everyone would be a moderator.
for starters, moderators need to work very closely together and have a fair amount of consideration for each other before posting. the thing is, making a thread asking if you can be a mod kind of dictates a definative difference between moderators and the collective group of individuals that make up the forums. and then as you see, people begin to say things about other members, including mods, i think i saw a quote saying that the other mods arent as good as this person could be, its just not really an element of togetherness that a team of operators should convey.
when someone wants to become a moderator, they should firstly approach the other mods, because they are the ones you will be working with, sarah, send us a pm and we can all discuss it together.

i'm not saying i hate you guys just that we need someone who is online more often to sort out some things. We love you guys it's just you're very busy and sometimes posts that need to be changed don't get changed.

i'm not saying i hate you guys just that we need someone who is online more often to sort out some things. This is true, but who's to say a new mod might end up the same as the current ones and eventually entail a busy life and therefore has no more time to be on here??
Also, I'm pretty sure new mods are not being looked for or required at this present time, or at least last time I enquired.

I voted no, I don't think it's a popularity contest, plus I don't doubt you're a nice person and all but the on line perception I get from you is that of a person quick to make judgements (for further reference check your posts in the AK forum), when I think a moderator of any kind of enviroment should be gifted with natural diplomacy, and besides the AK forum would be shut down in no time. Amongst other things. And now I am just wondering what's the appeal of having "power" in a rockbandfansiteinternetforum. I guess power is power in any of its forms. We're all going to hell. Ken you never told me you were on tv. Now with your new celeb status and paychecks you can finally come to visit me and buy me some pints at the local pub. Your dream come true

It was one show, he wasn't supposed to even host it, he just fell into it.
Ken is much more a radio star because he has a show every Monday arvo. I listened today. Best thing I've heard on radio since... Ken's previous show.

im locking this thread as it has no potential to help anyone and it is in the help section, and i have still not recieved any pms from any members vying to be moderators. that and its kind of turning spammish.
